Terms and Conditions (T&Cs)

Scope of Application These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by you through our online shop, Muscle&Mind.

Conclusion of Contract The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation via e-mail.

Prices and Payment Terms All prices listed are final prices and include the statutory value-added tax (VAT). Shipping costs will be indicated separately. Payments are to be made using the payment methods offered during the checkout process. In accordance with Section 19 of the German Value Added Tax Act (UStG), no sales tax is charged.

Delivery and Shipping Delivery is carried out within Germany, usually within 2–4 business days after receipt of payment, provided no delivery issues arise. In the event of delivery issues, you will be informed immediately.

Retention of Title The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

Warranty Statutory warranty rights shall apply.

Liability We are only liable for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, as well as for other damages based on an intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty.

Final Provisions The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply, to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
